Course Content

The objective is to enable candidates to select the most appropriate solar system for a building based on consultation with the client about their needs and demands, to install any of the common types of solar domestic hot water heating systems in the UK in a safe and professional manner, and to maintain and service the common types of systems.

·        Fitting solar collectors

·        Plumbing layout and design of   solar water heating systems

·        Control and power requirements
